We actively identify, acquire and improve real estate on your behalf. We follow a value investing strategy of buying investments for less than what we believe is their replacement cost, then improving the real estate through hands-on management and partnership with local operators. Our team draws on over 25 years and of combined experience to pursue the best results for our investors.
Tom thrives on helping startups succeed. He can often be found at the whiteboard working through business models, organization building, customer engagement metrics or product road maps. He has over a decade of technology and entrepreneurship experience at EnvisionPoint (which he founded) and Liquid Media ad agency (acquired by Application Link) and 20 years of Real Estate development experience. He holds a BS in molecular biology from Rhodes College. Tom believes passionately that technology and systems should be used to address the world's most important problems. He lives in Columbus, OH, is an avid wine enthusiast and loves traveling around the country.
Founder and President of Rema Global, LLC., Reginald Johnson, Sr., is an experienced executive with over 27 years of leadership in the banking and real estate industries. He has a strong background focusing on conventional, affordable and LIHTC acquisition, financial modeling, and asset management. His track record is a reflection of his ability to achieve measurable, high-quality results as a leader and teammate across varying assignments and in varying capacities.
He has led and delivered projects for public and private sector clients adding value in a broad range of specialties, including: commercial office, retail shopping centers, and residential mix used developments. He serves on various local, state, and national boards of director. He has a strong track record of planning, designing and implementing urban development projects. Skilled in project team development, integration and delivery strategies he is a team oriented, a creative problem solver with a record of leadership and results delivery.
Dale is passionate about Real Estate investing and development. He is also driven to help teachers earn the returns on their retirement accounts that they deserve. He is a Vietnam veteran who served his country proudly. After returning home, Dale earned his B.A. in finance and a Masters in Education from The Ohio State University. He then enjoyed a long career teaching high school students. After retiring from teaching he began investing in Real Estate and in the past year alone has flipped over 16 properties. He currently lives in Columbus, OH where he continues to enjoy enriching the lives of students as a substitute teacher.
